Discover Assessment > 0.31%
American Express Assessment Fee > 0.36%
There’s also a”Non-Utilization Fee:” If no transactions are processed in a billing cycle, you will be charged $20 for the previous month. For example, if no transaction was performed in May, you will be charged $20 in June.
